At 1116 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of thunderstorms extending from Lowden to near Tiffin. Movement was southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near… Iowa City, Tipton, West Branch, Coralville, University Heights, and Hills around 1120 PM CDT. Bennett around 1130 PM CDT. Rochester around 1135 PM CDT. This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 240 and 288.
