At 513 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Offerle to 8 miles west of Belvidere to near Protection. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near… Kinsley, Haviland, Wilmore, Belvidere, Centerview, and Buttermilk around 520 AM CDT. Lewis, Fellsburg, Croft, and Wellsford around 525 AM CDT. Sun City and Trousdale around 530 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of these storms include Cullison, Belpre, Coats and Hopewell.
