SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater, Overton, Big Sandy, Hawkins, New London, Arp, Clarksville City, Liberty City, New Chapel Hill, Winona, Warren City, Laird Hill, Rolling Meadows, Pritchett and Monroe.
