The combination of breezy winds and dry conditions will create elevated fire weather conditions today. Westerly winds are forecast to sustain between 15-20 mph and gust up to 25-30 mph this afternoon. Relative humidity is forecast to drop to 25-30 percent during peak afternoon heating. These conditions will work together to support elevated potential for rapid fire spread.
