Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 348 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.4 to 1.4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations

* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…Guam and Rota. * WHEN…Through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Locally heavy rainfall is expected for Guam and Rota due to Tropical Storm Fung-wong, (32W), passing near Yap this evening. Rainfall of 3 to 4 inches has fallen so far, with a possible 3 to 5 inches possible with locally higher amounts possible over Guam and Rota through Friday afternoon. – http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
