Bailey Lake, Gilbert Creek, Mount Gay-Shamrock, Bald Knob, Holden, Mallory, Amherstdale-Robinette, Red Jacket, Wharton, Chattaroy, Hinch, Buskirk, Chief Logan State Park, and Matewan. This includes Route 119 between mile markers 12 and 29.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Livingston, Gainesboro, Algood, Rickman, and Cummins Falls State Park.
