Patchy fog, locally dense in spots, with a visibility of 1/4 mile or less, has developed across portions of north-central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin early this morning. Air temperatures were hovering around or a few degrees below freezing as well, therefore some icy spots are also possible. The fog should burn off by 10 am.
