Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1011 PM AST, The USGS river sensor at 9:45 PM indicated that Rio Grande de Manati was still around 2 feet above minor flood stage. At this stage the river is likely to be overflowed over portions of PR-2. – Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
