Temperatures warming into the upper 70s this afternoon will cause minimum RHs to fall to near or just under 20 percent over northern Wisconsin. Any areas with dry grasses or vegetation that have not greened up yet will be susceptible. Winds will be light today, mainly under 10 mph.
