IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… West Settlement, Bleecker Stadium, Clarksville, East Berne, Brookview, Shoefelt Corners, North Lexington, Van Hoesen Station, Albia, Huntersland, Ravena, Dormansville, Beckers Corners, Millers Corners, Broome Center, Otter Hook, Sunside, Loudonville, South Schodack, and Westerlo. This includes the following highways… Interstate 90 between exits 10 and 24. Interstate 87 between exits 21B and 24. Interstate 787 between exits 1 and 9.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Catano, Dorado, Toa Baja and Vega Alta. * WHEN…Until 315 PM AST. * IMPACTS…flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas along with rapid rises of small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1208 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
