Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. At 720 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Gordon to 10 miles west of Hico, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD…65 mph wind gusts. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near… Stephenville and Huckabay around 725 PM CDT. Morgan Mill around 735 PM CDT. Bluff Dale around 745 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Alexander, Patillo, Clairette, Harbin, Lingleville, Bunyan, Duffau, Edna Hill, Johnsville, and Thurber.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Schleicher and Sutton. * WHEN…Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from Eldorado to Sonora…moving east at 35 mph. Additional storms in southeast Crockett county will also move into western Sutton county, moving east along I-10 and move into Sonora. These could produce 1 to 3 inches of additional rainfall.
