At 1006 PM CDT, the Snyder Fire Department reported flash flooding on several streets in Snyder, including 17th, 19th, 25th, 26th, Ave O, and near the Water Plant. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Rain will quickly be tapering off through 1030 PM CDT, but flooding may persist until shortly after midnight as runoff from the heavy rain continues. HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
