Dense fog will affect portions of northeast South Dakota through the mid morning hours. Visibility will be reduced to less than one-quarter mile at times, especially in the Ortley, Summit, and Lake City areas. Interstate 29 across southern Roberts county, as well as U.S. Highway 12 across eastern Day counties will also see areas of dense fog and reduced travel speeds through the mid morning hours.
