At 916 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cottonwood, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Kinsey, Pansey, Garretts Crossroads, Webb, Enon, Rehobeth, Lovetown, Wilson Mill, Ashford, Avon, Merritts Crossroads, Olympia Spa Resort, Keytons, Madrid, Cottonwood, Memphis, Ardilla, Hodgesville, Smyrna, and Cowarts.
