Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strongest winds expected through late afternoon.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Bayamon, Catano, Guaynabo, San Juan and Trujillo Alto. * WHEN…Until 345 PM AST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 151 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen mainly over Trujillo Alto, Central San Juan, and northern Guaynabo. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
