Some patchy dense fog will restrict visibilities to less than one-quarter of a mile across parts of west and northwest Georgia. The fog should lift after 10 AM. If driving this morning, slow down, use low-beam headlights and leave extra distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.

A Significant threat of flooding continues across Puerto Rico due to the excessive rainfall activity observed over the past week. Rainfall accumulations have surpassed 15 inches in some areas, especially along the interior and mountain sections, where soils are saturated and river levels are elevated. Due to these hazardous conditions, the Flash Flood Watch has been extended through this evening. The primary threats include: urban and small stream flooding, river flooding, flash flooding, mudslides and landslides, particularly in mountainous, steep terrains. Additionally, strong thunderstorms capable of producing additional heavy rainfall are expected, especially during the afternoon.
