Patchy fog with occasional visibility less than 1 mile will impact portions of the area through sunrise. This includes section of the Interstate 10 and Highway 301 corridors and inland portions of southeast Georgia. Visibility may change quickly over short distances – please slow down and allow extra space between vehicles. The fog will lift shortly after sunrise.

* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, northeastern Humboldt. * WHEN…Until 600 AM PST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 221 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch
