* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Ascension, Assumption, Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John The Baptist and Terrebonne. * WHEN…Until 630 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 326 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. –

Fog and low clouds will continue to develop across far northeast Indiana, far northwest Ohio, and south central Lower Michigan through daybreak. Visibilities are expected to range from one half of a mile to 2 miles across most locations, but localized areas may experience visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less. If travelling this morning, be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities across short distances and leave extra distance between vehicles. The fog is expected to dissipate after 8 AM EDT this morning.
