Potential gusts to 60 mph with any potential thunderstorms. * WHERE…Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast. * WHEN…Until 9 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward ridges and exposed coastal headlands. There is an increased risk of tree branches and other debris on roadways.
