Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles. Locations impacted include… Milford Mill, Henryton, West Friendship, Louisville, Randallstown, Oakland, Gamber, Woodstock, Gaither, Granite, Eldersburg, Sykesville, Marriottsville, Carrolltowne, Owings Mills, and Ellicott City.
