Equipment and livestock should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.1 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.8 feet Sunday morning. – Action stage is 24.5 feet. – Flood stage
