Widespread dense fog, with visibilities around a quarter of a mile or less, was reported across portions of northeast Wisconsin, where a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 7 am this morning. Over the remainder of the region, patchy dense fog was noted across north-central and central Wisconsin. Visibilities in the patchy fog was down to around one quarter of a mile. Latest surface observations, satellite, and model data suggest the fog will continue to expand southward this morning into central and east-central Wisconsin.
