IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Painesville, Ashtabula, Conneaut, Fairport Harbor, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Mentor, Geneva, Madison, North Kingsville, Perry, Austinburg, Kingsville, North Perry, Grand River, Edgewood, Plymouth Center, North Madison, and Kelloggsville.

At 125 am radar indicates a few showers developing acros parts of southeast Missouri and southern Illinois. These storms have been slow to develop but may eventually become capable of lighting and eventually the strongest storms may become capable of large hail by 3 to 4 am across the area.
