SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near… Waukon and New Albin around 1135 AM CDT. Lansing around 1140 AM CDT. Harpers Ferry around 1200 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Volney, County Roads A 52 And W 60, County 5 And Peyton Road, Red Barn Campground, Churchtown, County Roads X 16 And W 48, County Roads K And O, Ferryville, State Road 51

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Bayamon, Guaynabo, San Juan and Trujillo Alto. * WHEN…Until 330 PM AST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1226 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
