At 325 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18 miles northeast of Marathon, or 37 miles south of Fort Stockton. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Pecos and north central Brewster Counties.

At 420 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near George’s Lake, or 10 miles southwest of Green Cove Springs, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts around 40 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… George’s Lake, Florahome, Bardin, and Penney Farms.

FFWPAH The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for… Hamilton County in south central Illinois… * Until 715 PM CDT. * At 320 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain with a vehicle stuck in the water at IL-14 and Ten Mile Road. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE…Law enforcement reported.
