…MINOR COASTAL FLOODING ON ALL ISLANDS DURING HIGH TIDES THROUGH FRIDAY… .Peak monthly tides combined with water levels that are running higher than predicted will lead to minor flooding along the shoreline and in low-lying coastal areas. Coastal flooding is possible around the daily peak tide, which will be during the early morning hours. * WHAT…Isolated minor coastal flooding. * WHERE…Portions of Kahoolawe, Kauai, Lanai, Maui, Molokai, Niihau, Oahu and the Big Island. * WHEN…Through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Flooding of beaches that are normally dry, minor coastal erosion, and saltwater inundation.
