This includes Interstate 90 in Wyoming between Mile Markers 136 and 174.

At 430 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Madawaska Lake, or 15 miles east of Eagle Lake, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Madawaska, Madawaska Lake, Cross Lake, New Sweden, Grand Isle, Connor, Perham, Stockholm, Westmanland, Guerette, and Cyr Plantation.

Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 328 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding
