At 128 AM CDT, the public reported strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Maida to near Langdon to 6 miles northeast of Starkweather. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE…Mesonets. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Langdon, Walhalla, Neche, Osnabrock, Starkweather, Mountain, and Milton.

At 128 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Granville to 4 miles southwest of Benedict. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Velva, Surrey, Towner, Sawyer, Max, Drake, Granville, Denbigh, Karlsruhe, Butte, Benedict, Ruso City, Norwich, Voltaire, Logan, Balfour, Kief, Bergen, Ruso, and George Lake.
