While some spots have already seen accumulating snow this year, many locations across the Interior will see their first accumulating snow late tonight through Sunday afternoon. A front will bring moisture into cold air over the Interior providing widespread light snow. Accumulations will be light in the Fairbanks Bowl and Tanana Valley with 0.5 to 1.5 inches expected. Everywhere else should expect 1 to 3 inches of snow with the exception of the White Mountains and AK Range where up to 3 to 5+ inches is possible.
