* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Portions of the Lower and Middle Keys * WHEN…Until 1115 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 910 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, in conjunction with seasonal King Tide coastal flooding. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
