Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 845 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. –
