The CICI program continues to support work that enables scientists and scientific discovery by improving the security, robustness, and trustworthiness of cyberinfrastructure. The current solicitation:

Clarifies the requirement to target and benefit scientific cyberinfrastructure, users, and applications, and identify unique security requirements of the cyberinfrastructure or science application that motivates the approach; and Adds a requirement that any curated datasets are required to be shared publicly and made available through established community platforms and adhere to the Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse of digital assets (https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/) Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship.
