* WHAT…Flooding continues from runoff due to excessive rainfall from Monday’s storms. * WHERE…A portion of north central Alabama, including the following county, Madison. * WHEN…Until 930 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 554 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated Indian Creek remains above flood stage due to runoff from heavy rain from Monday’s thunderstorms. Although it crested and is now falling, the creek likely will remain in action stage through this morning. Flooding is likely ongoing in low lying areas along Indian Creek. – Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
