Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 822 PM PDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in N. Freemont Street. Minor flooding is already occurring. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. – N. Freemont Street is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
