Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 122 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Britton, Langford, Sunset Colony, Newport Colony and Amherst. – http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructor in Computer Science

Position Summary

The University of Southern Indiana invites applications for a 9-month renewable Instructor in Computer Science position within the Department Management and Information Sciences, housed in the Romain College of Business. The appointment will begin in Spring 2026.

Duties/Responsibilities 

This position will teach a broad range of undergraduate courses in computer science such as introductory and intermediate object-oriented programming, programming languages, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, and software development.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Qualified candidates must hold a master’s degree in computer science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
