The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a * Dust Storm Warning for… Southwestern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona… * Until 615 PM MST. * At 509 PM MST, a wall of dust was near Blake Ranch Road, or 18 miles east of Kingman, moving south at 30 mph. HAZARD…Less than a quarter mile visibility. SOURCE…Detected by webcam. IMPACT…Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes the following roads… Antares Road between mile markers 1 and 11. Route 66 between mile markers 61 and 80. Stockton Hill Road between mile markers 13 and 21. This dust channel will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Mohave County.

Locations impacted include… Iota, Midland, Crowley, Mermentau, Maxie, Evangeline, Jennings, Estherwood, Egan, Lake Arthur, and Rayne. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 66 and 87.
