At 512 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Kinishba Ruins, or 32 miles south of Show Low, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Rainbow City, Whiteriver, Whiteriver Airport, Turkey Creek, Round Top Mountain, Seven Mile, Fort Apache, Kinishba Ruins, North Fork, Christmas Tree Lake, McNary, East Fork and Canyon Day. This includes State Route 73 between mile markers 323 and 353. This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds… Diamond Creek Campground.
