Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE…Chatanika River Valley, Upper Chena River Valley, and White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River. * WHEN…Until 10 PM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A couple of the highest elevations in the White Mountains have a 30% chance for more than 6 inches, but along the road system, accumulations will be largely less than 6 inches.
