* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton. * WHEN…Until 545 PM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 202 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. – Some locations that may experience flooding include… Carrollton, Williamstown, Falmouth, Crittenden, Dry Ridge, Warsaw, Owenton, Butler, Kentucky
