…DRY AND WINDY WEDNESDAY… .Dry, warm, and windy weather will develop for portions of central and southeastern Washington Wednesday afternoon and early evening. * Affected Area: Foothills of Central Washington Cascades (Zone 705), Waterville Plateau (Zone 706) and Western Columbia Basin (Zone 707). * Winds: West to Southwest 15 mph gusts up to 25 mph increasing 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph in the early evening. * Relative Humidities: 15 to 22 percent. * Impacts: Risk of new or existing fires spreading rapidly.
