Fog has developed and is most prevalent in valley locations. This fog has become dense in some areas, reducing visibilities to less than one quarter mile and in a few places near zero. The fog will persist past sunrise, but should lift and dissipate during the 9 to 10 AM EDT timeframe. If traveling this morning, slow down, allow plenty of distance between vehicles, and extra time to reach your destination.
