* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Aguada, Anasco, Arecibo, Camuy, Hatillo, Lares, Las Marias, Moca, San Sebastian and Utuado. * WHEN…Until 600 PM AST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 313 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen, mainly over portions of Arecibo, Hatillo, Lares, and San Sebastian. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
