* WHAT…Isolated minor coastal flooding expected. * WHERE…Kenedy Island, Willacy Island and Cameron Island Counties. * WHEN…Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS…Wave run-up may approach the dunes along narrow beaches. Beach equipment, such as umbrellas and chairs, could be moved by waves. Vehicles driving along narrow beaches may experience higher water levels. Elevated water levels may also occur across the Laguna Madre and South Bay, and along State Highway 4 west of Boca Chica State Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The most impactful coastal flooding will occur leading into and out of high tide at 1:58 AM tonight.

While snowfall has generally tapered off across the area this evening, a few areas of freezing drizzle have begun to develop across North Central and Southwestern Montana this evening, and are likely to continue through at least midnight. If you will be traveling this evening, be alert for sudden changes in road conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses, which will be the first places to begin to freeze up.

* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of northern California, including the following counties, southwestern Alameda and central Contra Costa. * WHEN…Until 930 PM PDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 655 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding.
