At 427 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Buckhannon to 7 miles west of Holly River State Park. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Holly River State Park, Beverly, Junior, Durbin, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Harman, Alexander, Cheat Bridge, Dryfork, Eden, Glady, Helvetia, Pickens, Cleveland, Bowden, and Hacker Valley. This includes Route 33 between mile markers 31 and 35.
