Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 410 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain extending from Hilton Head to Daufuskie Island and extending offshore.
