* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, Buffalo and Trempealeau. * WHEN…Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1113 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported street flooding in Arcadia due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
