At 259 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has ended. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain was estimated by radar earlier. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain from earlier producing flash flooding in and around the Washington Fire scar. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the Washington Fire scar. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include… Washington Park and Whispering Pines.
