Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour, with the heaviest showers around Kailua-Kona. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Captain Cook, Honalo, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kainaliu, Holualoa, Kealakekua, Kalaoa and Kona International Airport.
