* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…North and central Guam. * WHEN…Until 300 PM ChST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1253 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
