* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Carolina, Guaynabo, San Juan and Trujillo Alto. * WHEN…Until 500 PM AST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 215 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Carolina and Guaynabo.

SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Glenwood Springs, Gypsum, Carbondale, Basalt, Snowmass, Redstone, Dotsero, Cattle Creek, El Jebel, Emma, and Shoshone. This includes the following highways… Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 119 and 138. Colorado 82 between mile markers 1 and 31. Colorado 133 between mile markers 39 and 43, and between mile markers 48 and 68.
